Shipping and Stock Status Policy
We ship daily!
We strive to ship "In-Stock" orders within one business day of receiving the order.
If your order is placed before 2:00pm PST, your item will be shipped the same day, otherwise it will go out the following business day (on in-stock items).
Shipping times may vary depending on the contents of your order.
We will only ship an order once it is 100% in stock, and do not ship partial orders unless requested by the customer, at which time additional shipping charges may apply.
If you need your order by a specific date, it is important to contact us so that we may assist you.
When an item is not in stock, or is a custom order, we will contact you via email with an approximate shipping date.
Once you have placed your order, it is important to log into your account page to review your order status, expected ship date, order updates and order history.
All dates provided are based on estimates given by the supplier. We do not guarantee ship dates as delivery times are subject to change.
Free shipping items only apply for customers shipping within Canada.
All shipping times are based on our Monday through Friday business hours. Orders will not be shipped from our facility on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
